Separating them increases the risk of entangling the cable in wheels, brakes or other mechanical components. Do not mount the camera to the handlebars or near controls. When you wish to mount the SUV-Cam on the outside of a car after acquiring a permission from the authorities, make sure to mount it firmly so the SUV-Cam does not fall off during the drive.
